出国留学，许多留学生都市面临着写Essay的难题，字数又不能凌驾限制，文章内容又要富厚，结构又要清晰明晰，对于这样众多要求的Essay，许多出国留学额小同伴也是束手无策，不知道怎么摆设结构，下面美伦教育老师来为大家解说一下Essay写作结构上大致的一个摆设。对于一篇学术essay来说,structure是相当重要的,他简直影响着整个essay的品质.许多同学在拿到一个topic的时候,都以为无从下手,其实,要写好一篇essay,关键在于摆设好他的structure,这样,论文的主要内容也会变得很容易了.以下步骤是写好一篇essay的关键.1.字数摆设.在我们拿到一个topic的时候,首先要看字数要求,并以此来摆设这篇essay的大致3个部门在字数上的分配.尺度的essay分为4个部门:introductionbodyconclusionreference以一份1500字的essay为例，尺度比例为:introduction 250 字body 1000 字conclusion 250 字reference 不算在字数中2.内容(body) 的字数摆设.以一个topic为例:compare frederick w. taylor and Elton Mayo's management theories, what are the similarities and differences between them and what's their relationship? 这个topic其实涉及到了三个内容:A--similarities,B---differences,和C--relationship.所以我们在字数上可以把body分为3个部门,每个部门约330字.3.Introduction. Introduction 分为两部门:第一部门是background,引出topic的内容;第二部门是body中的主要内容,也就是这篇essay的内容和段落排序.以上的topic为例:Since thesetting up of the first factories in the late eighteenth century,management hadbecome a problem seriously affecting the factories'production,and then,it was grdually recognised as an important element for thesuccess for thesuccess or failure of acompany. until the nineteenth century, the systematic and scientific managementtheory came out with its leading thinkers,twoof whom were well known as frederick w. Taylor and Elton Mayo. Both Taylor andMayo stated the importance of theproductivity and cooperation between managers and workers.....this essay willfirstly discuss("this essay will firstly discuss"这段话很重要,是个标志,所有essay都必须根据这个花样来.从这里开始,就是对整个essay的主要内容分几个板块来举行严格归纳综合.这个标志后的内容应为body里的内容A)these similarities intheir different management theories and how they relate to each other.Following this (这句话是个标志,此话后的内容为body里的内容B)It will explain the differences of the two theories concerning the consideration of the human beings during management finally,(今后内容为内容C.注意:如果body里的内容不只是ABC,或者另有DEF的话,中间可以用subsequently, forthly等等的副词作为标志来写)it will look at how the two theories affect the feeling of workers and support increasing the productivity and maxi missing the efficiency.之前的内容是background,之后的就是本篇essay 的主要内容.以上3个步骤是写好一篇essay的最关键步骤.在这几个步骤之后,body和conclusion就变的很容易了.可是要说明的是body部门是一篇essay最重要的部门,也是得分点最多的部门,因为它是这个essay主要内容的体现.还是以适才的谁人题目为例,topic提到了3点关键内容:similarities,differences,relationship.这样的话,3点内容可以分拆为3段里叙述.最后是reference.我们平时遇到reference或许有2种,一种是APA花样,一种是Harvard花样,详细的reference花样凭据差别的学校有差别的划定.（阅读：三个例子学会Harvard、APA、Oxford花样 ）两种花样其实区别不是很大,一般情况下,都可以在自己学校的图书馆里找到要求的reference的写法.（相识英文reference是什么？）reference一般分为两种,一种是直接引用quotation;一种是间接引citing.直接引用需要在in-text reference里写上详细的页数page no .可是间接引用不是必须要写上页数的.许多同学经常会问为什么in-text reference内里没有页数,那就是说明谁人引用是间接引用,是用自己话来表达归纳综合出所引用的理论.关于reference的个数问题,一般来说,1000字的essay需要5-6个reference,1500字的需要8-10个.2000-3000字需要10-15个.字数越多,reference的数量越多.可是需要注意的是,一般情况下,引用部门只能占整篇文章内容的25%-30%.可是,Trunitin是澳洲各个大学普遍使用的一种防抄袭软件.一篇essay允许的相似水平是10%以下.所以直接引用的部门只能占整篇文章内容的10%以下.这样,我们可以只管使用间接引用.相信只要大家根据这样的机构想路去写Essay，那么在完成一篇Essay的时候就会轻松许多。
